Loveness holds a Higher National Diploma with the Zimbabwe Association of Accounting Technicians (ZAAT). She also has a certificate in Local Government Finance and is currently studying Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and has completed knowledge level and skills level up to F9. Loveness has experience in financial management dating back to 1985 where she started working for Nyanga District Council as the Treasurer. She has joined several organisations where she held senior positions in the finance and administration departments. She has gained experience in coordinating and compiling budgets including budget control and monitoring. She has been a key team member as a finance advisor to senior management and has been responsible for preparation of final accounts and attending to audit queries. She also has experience in management of investments and trust funds, preparation and presentation of Financial statements to both the Finance Committee and Board of Directors.
