Fiona Tinarwo holds an Executive Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation and a Master’s Degree in Policy and planning. She is also a holder of certificates in Project Planning and Management and Human Rights and Local Governance which has helped her to become a relevant and valuable project team member for the organisation. Fiona has experience in programme planning and management and coordination. She has also designed several programmes on gender based violence, sexual and reproductive health and rights and women’s transformative leadership and governance. Of particular focus is her valuable contribution to the SRHR policy advocacy work in Zimbabwe. Fiona has experience in monitoring and evaluation of sexual and reproductive health and GBV programmes which she has acquired over the years of working on women’s rights and gender programmes. She has also contributed to the organisation’s strategic plans and results based monitoring and evaluation framework for programme quality and effectiveness.
