Executive Director

Edinah Masiyiwa is the Executive Director of Women’s Action Group. She is a holder of an Advanced course in Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights from Lundi University (Sweden), A Masters Degree in Development Studies, and a Certificate in General Nursing.

Maria Chiwera
Programs Officer

Maria Chiwera holds a Diploma in General Nursing, family planning and counselling. She also holds a diploma in Health and adult education. She has worked in the field of sexual and reproductive health and HIV for more than 7 years.

Fiona Munyebvu-Tinarwo
Programs Officer M&E

Fiona Tinarwo holds an Executive Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation, and a Masters Degree in Environmental Policy and planning. She also did a course in project planning and management which has helped her to become a relevant and valuable project team member in all projects undertaken.

Portia Chikandira
Finance & Administration Assistant

Portia Chikandira holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting Honors degree as well as an National Intermediate Diploma in Public Sector Accounting and also obtained Zimbabwe Further Education Trainer`s Certificate in Education. Portia joined Women`s Action Group in 2005 and has had experience in finance and administration.

Loveness T. Rukuni
Finance & Administration Officer

Loveness holds a Higher National Diploma with the Zimbabwe Association of Accounting Technicians (ZAAT). She also has a certificate in Local Government Finance and is currently studying Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and has completed knowledge level and skills level up to F7.

Clara Ncube-Munetsi
Personal Assistant

Clara Ncube holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts and a certificate in HIV/AIDS & Counselling. Clara has 4 years working experience on Sexual and Reproductive Health and HIV with young people and deprived groups, women and marginalised communities.

Clara Mhlaba
Programs Assistant

Clara Mhlaba holds a BSc Honours in Psychology Degree and an Executive Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation. Clara has been supporting programme implementation under the Gender and Child Rights programme. Profile

Beauty Majoka
Field Officer

Beauty has a Diploma in HIV & AIDS Counselling, Certificate in Care and Prevention of HIV Certificate in Nurse Aid. Beauty is also a trained Behaviour Change Facilitator (BCF) and has worked with communities on HIV and SRH programme as a BCF before joining Women’s Action Group.

Helen Mutasa
Field Officer

Hellen has got a Certificate in Love and Respect Community Course by Regai Dzive Shiri. She worked as a Community Facilitator in the National HIV Prevention/ Behaviour Change Programme. She has been involved in community based counselling and home visits.

Patronella Matare
Field Officer

Petronella holds a Certificate in Early Childhood Development and has also attended several training workshops on child protection and child rights. Her background in early childhood development has also made her a valuable team member as she has supported the organisation’s HIV and Child rights programme based on her technical expertise in development of young children.
